- All Athletes must be Federated in their Country and have current Athlete Insurance
- All athletes must bring their competition book, with combat records and medical records, duly complete and updated;
- All athletes must bring a valid Passport or identification document
DRAW:
- The Tournament official Draw will take place at the P AVILHÃO ARE NA P O RT IMÃO on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 21h, open exclusively to Team Leaders.
TECHNICAL MEETING:
- On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the traditional Technical meeting will be held only for Team Leaders, where theTournament, rules and conditions of competition will be presented.

COMPETITION EQUIPMENT:
- 2 (two) rings simultaneously, with official measures, throughout the competition.
- The Tournament Organization will ensure all competition material, duly approved (Helmets and Gloves);
- All participating athletes, except those in the Men's Elite category, must wear a red or blue helmet, according to their respective ring corner.
- All athletes must wear blue or red competition clothing according to their corner of the ring.
COMPETITION SYSTEM:
- There will be 3 (three) days of competition;
- Clubs can only register 1 athlete in the same category;
- The athletes will be drawn by step and weight category and distributed in order in a group (poules) in a total of 8 (eight) athletes per respective weight category, in all levels;
- Athletes who win their matches advance in the competition until they eliminate all opponents, being declared champions in their class and category;
- Athletes who do not win their matches will be eliminated from the event on the 1st defeat;
- Other considerations:
-The organization will try to place the maximum number of athletes from different nationalities per table, in order to offer greater competitive diversity;
-The organization reserves the right to change table athletes (by nationality or experience), in order toprovide better competition for all involved;
SCORING SYSTEM:
- The scoring system is AIBA's “Ten Point Must-System”.
REFEREES AND JUDGES (R&J):
- All Teams can bring R&J
- All Clubs with more than 8 players must bring R&J
TROPHIES:
- The Organization is committed to:
- Deliver a Participation Diploma to all participating athletes with thanks for their presence;
- Reward athletes who finish in the first 3 places of the general classification in their Categories. They will receive a Gold, Silver and Bronze medal, according to their final classification;
- Deliver a Trophy for the Best Male and Female Athlete, best team, best Referee present in the competition.
TRAINING:
- During the period of the PORTIMÃO BOX CUP 2023, all athletes can train at the competition site, that is, at the Arena Pavilion in Portimão, where they will have a room at their disposal for heating, training and sparring.
TECHNICAL AND SPORTS SUPERVISION:
- Tournament Technical Supervision will comply with all AIBA principles and rules;
- The Organization will ensure that Bad behavior will be punished during the Tournament, we cannot admit that Coaches and / or Athletes spoil the Tournament Fair Play. Thus: 1st Warning, 2nd FOP Exit (combat zone), 3rd Tournament Exit.
- The Organization ensures that all medical decisions over the Ring will have to be respected by everyone, the most important thing is always the athlete's physical integrity.
- The Organization will hire the necessary Doctors and their medical staff for a test of this complexity, in sufficient numbers, and will ensure that they will always be present and available at all stages and during the mandatory requests for the bouts, such as medical inspections before the Tournament;
- The Organization will count on the services of the local Firefighters, who will be accompanied by their Ambulance.
